Clients should aware that there are risks involved in securities trading (includes trading in the Growth Enterprise Market and the NASDAQ-AMEX Pilot Program) and the use of margin financing facilities. There is also risk if the client authorizes the securities margin financier to lend the securities to or deposit them with certain third parties.
